Help you decide whether to repair or replace your current window, show you how to repair rotted sections on sills or sashes, make you knowledgeable about what constitutes a high quality installation of new or replacement windows, and add various kinds of weather stripping
Guide you through and prioritize the steps of planning and executing a “green remodeling” of your home on an room by room basis, including how and what would be involved in super insulating your current exterior walls. I can walk you through the latest advances in window frame and glazing technology and advise you what would work best on the east, south, west and north sides of your home.
Skylights or sun tubes? Every home benefits from abundant natural day lighting. In general I believe more is always better. I’ll help you figure out where and what kind, stock or custom made, show you leak proof ways to install it, and guide you through the process. I have both on my roof.
